Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of accounts and monthly management report for directors
• Manage cash flow, banking facilities, petty cash and follow-up company accounts collections
• Liaise with all relevant authorities including Customs, LHDN, MIDA, auditors and bankers
• Handle monthly payroll

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 8 years related experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll System
• Knowledge in costing and tax planning an added advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High integrity, disciplined and meticulous
• Independent and dynamic
• Willing to work 5 ½ day week (alternate Saturday off)
