Responsibilities:
1- Prepare and manage full set accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.).
2- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3- Handle tax compliance (SST, corporate tax, withholding tax, etc.) and liaise with tax authorities.
4- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
5- Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS) and company policies.
6- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
7- Support and mentor junior accounting staff (if applicable).
8- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
1- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or project-based companies.
3- Proficient in handling full set accounts, including financial reporting and tax matters.
4- Experience with accounting software (SQL, Autocount, or equivalent) and manual accounting.
5- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7- Willing to work on Saturdays as per company schedule.
8- Good command of English, Malay, and Chinese is an advantage.
