A financing advisory, accounting, and consulting firm headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Job Description

• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
• Work independently on bookkeeping and payroll tasks, completing duties autonomously.
• Assist with financial record management, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with clients to gather required financial data and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with tax and secretarial services when necessary (experience in these areas is a plus).

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience in an accounting firm.
• Strong experience in bookkeeping and payroll services is a must.
• Experience in tax filing and company secretarial services is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Academic background in accounting with a systematic understanding of the field (e.g., experience studying ACCA or majoring in accounting at university).
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple clients.
