Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account And Finance Executive to join our team. This role requires managing the full set of accounts and overseeing all banking affairs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of driving financial efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Set of Accounts Management: Oversee and manage the entire accounting process, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing activities using SQL System.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Banking Affairs: Handle all banking relationships and transactions, including bank reconciliations, managing cash flow, and coordinating with banks for loans and other financial services.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and financial insights to support decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cost Management: Analyze and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience managing a full set of accounts and handling banking affairs.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficient in SQL Accounting System and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
