Senior Account Executive - Reporting

Job Description

1. Responsible to handle fixed assets management, ensure fixed assets acquisition, disposal, transfer have been properly recorded and registered into the system, timely capitalization of capital projects, reconciliation of fixed asset activities, assign tag numbers to fixed assets and all fixed asset matters related.
2. Establish and maintain fixed assets policies and guidelines with adherence to internal control compliance.
3. Responsible to handle inventory management, ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly inventory reporting, related schedules and analysis of inventory variance.
4. Responsible for preparing audit schedules for monthly closing and liaison with external auditors for the year-end audit works.
5. Responsible for preparing tax schedules and liaison with tax agents for the annual tax returns to LHDN.
6. Assist in Company's AMP preparation such as CAPEX depreciation calculations.
7. To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirement

1. Degree in Accounting from recognized universities or Professional qualification such as ACCA/MICPA and member of MIA will be an added advantage.
2. Experience of handling full set of accounts in a commercial or audit firm for at least 3 years.
3. Manufacturing or automotive industry background will be an added advantage.
4. Experience in accounting for Fixed Assets is preferred.
5. Expert in Microsoft Office applications.
