Monthly closing of management account for active property development companies in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
Responsible for all aspects of Account Receivable and Payable.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and other accounts reconciliations.
Prepare project costing, monitor and updating the costing details from time to time.
Cross departmental collaboration with various internal department to streamline information for payment processes.
Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agent in relation to the annual audited financial statements, enterprise risk management, internal audit, annual tax return, tax estimation, e-invoicing and any other tax affairs.
Liaise with lawyers, valuers, company secretaries, and any other parties as may be required.
Work with bankers for operational and administrative function related to utilization, maintenance, and operation of banking facilities.
Prepare financial forecast, cash flow projection and budgeting for strategic management decision making.
Supervise, guide and coach junior finance and accounts personnel in their respective job functions.
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting / ACCA / CIMA / MIA or equivalent, would be highly preferred.
At least 3 years of working experience in Finance Operations discipline. Experience and knowledge in the property development industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in Analytical and Reporting Skills, Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
Able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking and high-volume environment.
Good team player, adept interpersonal & communication skills, proactive, and detail-orientated.
Responsible, reliable, independent, committed and efficient time management skills (deadline driven).
