Position: Senior Account Executive
Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - MYR 8,000 per month
Working Hours: 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day (flexible clock-in time)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end close processes.
4. Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
5. Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.
7. Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
9. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
10. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
3. 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Effective communication and leadership skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
