Senior Account Executive

Job Title: Senior Account Executive
Salary: RM7,000
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
• Analyze and reconcile expenditure and revenue account.
• Ensure that the flow of company documents and records comply with the accounting accepted standards and procedures.
• Attend to all company’s taxation matters e.g Annual tax computation & tax audit.
• Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

Requirements:

• A recognized diploma in Accounting or professional accounting qualification recognized by MIA.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in financial management and accounting.
• Broad knowledge of regulatory framework set by the relevant authorities.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Knowledge in applicable legal and ESH requirements and practices.
• Familiar with Microsoft office and accounting applications.

Accountability:

Accountable for the quality, environmental, safety and health management and performance of the workplace
