Preparing and reporting Cash Flow Statements with any relevant information, accurately and timely basis to top management to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements of the company. Assist in ensuring that the receivable being collected on a timely basis to manage the Cash Flow requirement.
Provide financial data and analysis to senior management to achieve the company financial objectives.
Manage production and filing of statutory accounts, monthly and quarterly reporting, and external audits of entities, and review figures for accuracy and reasonableness.
Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully complying with applicable accounting and reporting regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government bodies for audit, taxation, and financial matters.
Liaise with Banks and other financial institutions to negotiate new trade credit facilities and also to enhance existing banking facilities.
Lead, guide & motivate junior accounting staff under direct supervision to ensure the smooth running of daily accounting operations and timely month-end closing.
To ensure all tasks are carried out smoothly and effectively by meeting the targeted deadline.
Ad-hoc assignment delegated by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill; able to interact well with all levels of personnel (management & external parties).
Good planning, organizing, and analytical skill; data collection, compilation and information management with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed.
Competent user of Autocount System and Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Excel, Word.
