Senior Account Executive

• Handle multiple companies FULL set of account. Account Payable, Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation and other accounting functions.
• Timely prepare, review and submit all financial and management reports to internal and external parties.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in reporting.
• Preparation of financial year-end accounts, tax computation and submission.
• Responsible for credit control.
• Prepare payment voucher, issue cheque & process online payment transactions.
• File invoices, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, properly maintained, and reconciled.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and others.
• Involve in month-end and year-end closing accounts, prepare management accounts, and present those reports.
• Attend and perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Ensure proper filing of accounting records/documents.
