Senior Account Executive

Job Description

• Prepare monthly estimation profit and loss report.
• Communicate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government officers to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations for audit and assessment.
• Oversee and manage all tax-related matters, including tax computation, transfer pricing (TP) documentation, SST compliance, and e-invoicing requirements.
• Perform cost accounting to determine product costs, analyze profitability, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
• Perform manufacturing cost accounting related tasks and reports.
• Review, evaluate, and manage the company's capital budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with all tax regulations, coordinating effectively with tax agents and relevant authorities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years and above working experience in related Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or related is required. Professional Certificates will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with hands-on experience in using SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of addressing challenges effectively and implementing solutions.
• Leadership qualities, with experience in guiding and mentoring team members, fostering teamwork, and driving results.
• Dynamic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls is a plus.
