THE WORK YOU’LL DO
Client Relationship Development:
- Become a trusted resource for clients, effectively facilitating communication between all internal and external partners.
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of the client’s portfolio and business initiatives.
Account and Program Leadership and Delivery:
- Assist with the development of strategy ideation, executive presentations, creative design of communication materials, tracking & reporting tools for analytics & data, and project management of client assigned deliverables.
- Assist with the management and tracking of requests and utilization of contractual assets across global ambassadors and properties.
- Create and foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors and properties, creating high-level deliverables.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and assist with the creation of key presentations and documents, including but not limited to quarterly reports, year in review wrap-up reports, competitive reports, and best practice case studies.
- Prepare formal documentation for projects including program overviews, event documentation, recap summaries, agency POV, budgets, and sell-in presentations.
- Support all aspects of client and project management, including status calls, agendas, status tracker, recaps, and reporting.
- Support day-to-day team functions to help the team succeed.
- Support for the development of programming; from initial brainstorm through execution (on-site and virtual) and wrap-up.
- Create and handle program-wide budget including conceptualization and weekly tracking and reporting to program director and client(s), along with cross-program financial management including agency invoicing, tracking, and liaison with internal finance department.
Growing Agency Expertise:
- Engage in inter-agency activities, ensuring the role of culture is championed.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2-3+ years’ related work or internship experience in marketing, branded experiences, sponsorship/brand marketing, or a client service role.
- Can provide solid examples of your success in building strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
- Knowledgeable on our client’s industry, brand, and product offerings and a passion for working with sports & entertainment properties, leagues, teams, gaming, music, and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture. Knowledge of payment services is a plus.
- Experience in an event management setting and has had direct ownership or lead responsibilities over a project.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks simultaneously and multitask shifting priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, and can meet with clients independently.
- Presentation or public speaking experience is a plus.
- Experience managing and maintaining a budget or budgets.
Ability:
- Collaborative in nature with a “no job is too small” demeanor to assist with overall account team duties and additional programs as needed.
- Positive personality and willingness to learn is a core attitude that we’re looking for.
