Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, tax compliance, and audit preparation. They also analyze financial data, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Reconcile accounts and manage financial records.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee payments, invoicing, and collections.
• Ensure tax compliance and handle audits.
• Analyze financial data for insights and improvements.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience, including 2 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills.
