SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

1. Prepare weekly cash flow report to be presented to director
2. Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure the company meets its operational and liquidity needs.
3. Analyze financial data to project future financial performance, including revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
4. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
5. Assist in accounting activities including general accounting, account receivable, account payable.
6. Perform data entry and document filing and maintaining documents.
7. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available.
8. Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
9. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
10. Monitor and collect outstanding payments.
11. Perform other relevant duties when required.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required); professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
4. Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management is an added bonus.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Required languages: English & Mandarin.
