Position Title: Senior Account Executive

Remuneration: RM5000 – RM7000

Responsibilities

1. To perform monthly financial closing
2. Fixed Asset Control and Inventory Control
3. To prepare, review and analyze accounts, ensuring revenue, expenses, and Balance Sheet items are appropriately captured each month and in accordance with established accounting standards and finance policies
4. Monthly Cash flow Budget, processing of all weekly payments, and ensuring sufficient funds
5. Reconciliation of monthly Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Balances, and other BS items
6. Ensuring all liabilities and prepayments are taken up accurately
7. Analysis of expenses, explaining major variances if any
8. Liaison with banker, auditor, and income tax department
9. Review Departmental Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
10. Update Standard costing and able to construct variants of costing reports (e.g., PPC, usage variance, etc.)
11. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. 5 years experience in accounting and related field
2. Diploma, Degree, Master, or any education in a related field
