Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Esram Metals (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Beranang, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Job Description:

1. Manage Full Set of Accounts.
2. Manage and maintain balance sheets, ensuring they are reconciled on a monthly basis.
3. Oversee the preparation and timely completion of daily reports.
4. Prepare, review, and monitor all payments issued by the company.
5. Handle the E-Invoicing Process.
6. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
7. Liaise with external parties, including Bankers, Auditors, and Suppliers, on relevant financial matters.
8. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring proper sorting, filing, and updating of documents.
9. Ensure timely and daily profit and loss reporting.
10. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma/degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years and above of experience in the related field is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Malay.
4. Proficiency in AutoCount Software.
5. Experience with handling Full Set Account and E-Invoicing Processes.
