SENIOR ACCOUNT

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and post required journals, including payroll journals and ensure all relevant accruals, amortizations, prepayments and bank reconciliation (current and currency account) are posted on a monthly basis.
2. Maintain payment, receipt, and forex records including cash flow forecast (inflow and outflow).
3. Ensure that company financial & operation systems are in compliance with company’s internal control.
4. Month-end closing: Review & finalize company’s profitability statements, month-end closing to meet deadlines & ensure smooth flow of processes for all departments & confirm accuracy of financial data.
5. Timely submission of required reports.
6. Undertake any other tasks and/or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
7. Responsible for submission of SST.
8. Responsible for preparation and submission of Bank Acceptance/ Bank Guarantee/ Letter of Credit / Foreign Exchange Credit.
9. Handle Account Receivable (Receipt, CN, DN, Statement and liaise with customers regarding account issues).

Requirements:

1. At least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance or proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
4. Experience using financial software SQL (Essential).
5. Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of employees.
7. Immediate availability to start work will be an advantage.
