About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Designer to join our dynamic team at INVENT 360 SDN. BHD. As a Senior 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and immersive 3D designs for events and exhibitions. This full-time role is based in Petaling Jaya Selatan, Selangor, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Develop innovative 3D designs for a variety of events and exhibitions, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate their vision into captivating 3D designs
• Utilise cutting-edge 3D modelling and rendering software to bring your designs to life
• Ensure that all designs adhere to client specifications and industry standards
• Oversee the implementation of 3D designs, providing support and guidance to the production team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the events and exhibitions industry
• Mentor and train junior designers to support their professional development

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a 3D Designer, with a strong portfolio of successful event and exhibition projects
• Proficiency in using 3D modelling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or AutoCAD
• Excellent understanding of spatial design, lighting, and material selection
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, event coordinators, and production staff
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to deliver innovative designs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey your ideas to clients
• A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
