Seller Operations - Operations, MY Marketplace

Performs sellers’ penalty points appeal submission review and exemption requests.

Able to analyze process gaps, propose and implement relevant solutions (i.e., SOP changes, feature suggestions).

Monitor and analyze seller operational performance gaps, and produce actionable insights.

Track, monitor, and perform check-ins on seller's operational performance metrics including poor performing sellers and advise on best practices/resolutions.

Also responsible for cases screening exercises from Regional driven initiatives.
