Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage day-to-day schedules for security personnel and coordinate their deployment.
  2. Generate the manpower forecast, leave management, and planning for relief officers to be on sites when necessary.
  3. Call and update attendance in real time and generate reports.
  4. Conduct virtual OJT training sessions for security personnel.
  5. Handle complaints or operational issues.
  6. Collect and document incident reports, carry out investigations, analyze data, and summarize findings for management review.
  7. Evaluate vacancies and manage the recruitment process to address shortages.
  8. Ensure proper functioning and enforcement of security management software and systems.
  9. Manage documentation and collection for record keeping i.e. operational logbooks, incident reports, and training records.
  10. Handle general administration related to security operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Complete a diploma or degree in a related field.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work well with clients and security personnel.
  3. Team player with a positive work attitude, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Preferably with prior experience in Security / Facility / Property / Estate Management.
  5. IT savvy and proficient in MS Office.
  6. Travel to the Singapore headquarters may be required.
