Security Operation Officer Pulau Pinang

Responsibilities:

1. Regularly patrols or spot checks at each post to ensure members are on site.
2. Make written reports on patrol books, guard report books and inspect visitors' books and other relevant books on record.
3. Deal with management regarding security guards (examples: misconduct, not in post while on duty, defaults, etc.).
4. Take care of the welfare of the guards in case of problems and monitor their work.
5. Ensure the guards are disciplined while on duty.
6. Find an alternate guard in the event of a vacancy or if there is a guard stop.
7. Record the attendance report to ensure the number of guards has been set by management.
8. Send the report of the arrival of the guard to the office for record for the purpose of overtime payments, daily loans, etc.
9. Attend monthly management meetings (client) or headquarters if available.
10. Be ready to contact within 24 hours in case of emergency.
11. Take action in accordance with company rules in the event of disobedience.
