Security Guard

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to protect the company's property and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
2. Ensure safety of the building and commercial center property, guests, and staff belongings, including control of parking.
3. Frequently check and monitor the entrance and exit car parking booth for replenishment of cards.
4. Conduct traffic control and monitor cars parked at the perimeter of the building.
5. Clock in at scheduled times.
6. Ensure all commercial tenants switch off their power supply before closing their shops.
7. Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.
8. Assist in any issues related to car park operation (entrance and exit).
9. Perform patrolling duties.
10. Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by management.
