Security Guard

Job Responsibilities:

1. To check the visitors or vehicles when they leave the factory.
2. To serve the visitors and inquire about the purpose of their visit, and contact the relevant person or acknowledge to the superior.
3. To retain the identification of the visitors (Badge, IC, Name Card, etc.) and update the IC number into the Vendor Entrance Record through the Easy Flow (e-flow) except for Distinguished Guests (VVIP).
4. To ensure the relevant person has raised the Vendor Entrance Form before allowing vendors to enter the company premises.
5. To audit all items as listed in the daily security guard checklist.
6. To ensure all CCTV is in good condition; any malfunction must be reported immediately to the security officer.
7. To record daily activities in the communication logbook.
