To lead security team in overseeing the effectiveness of security guards on duty and security patrol priorities.

Job Accountabilities:

• Achieve the Effective Cost Savings Initiative.
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment for the staff and visitors to the Headquarters Building.
• Provide a visible deterrent to criminals and provide professional protection for assets which help to prevent crimes from occurring.
• Operate security work by following manual and procedure to increase safety level for staff & public in and around premises.
• Attend daily Roll Call briefing from senior guard and continuous lesson learnt program and external security training as planned by superior.
• Enforcement of access control procedures, security checks, patrolling and surveillance, traffic control, emergency response.
• To perform security checks / patrols in and around the premises.
• To perform checking every visitor for body temperature screening; scan Mysejahtera, Low risk status, complete vaccination, and provide with colour sticker.
• To record visitors using VMS system.
• The duty will be to work flexibly and as required to meet the demands of the Bank. This will involve working and being on call overnight, weekends, bank holidays, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in security services or handling building security. Familiar with Security Surveillance System (CCTV, Visitor Management System, Alarm, Walkie Talkie, Guard Tour System).
• High integrity, physically fit and committed.
• Willing to work long hours, on night shifts/weekends/public holidays.
