Job description

Salary: up to $5500

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Pasir Panjang

Job Description:

  1. Calendar management including scheduling and sending invites, booking of meeting rooms, etc.
  2. Travel management for 4-5 executives and the finance team including booking of flights and visa applications, hotel and land transfer, and arranging travel itineraries, etc.
  3. Coordinates in-bound (Singapore) travel and logistics for overseas travellers (from countries and Corporate HQ).
  4. Prepares and plans for finance review meetings.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate monthly accounting calls, monthly review meetings such as performance call, supply chain and operations meeting, portfolio meeting, etc.
  6. Prepare and submit travel requests, expense requests, and claims.
  7. Purchase request and purchase order management to ensure timely payment to vendors.
  8. Plan teambuilding and functional activities within the CFO team.
  9. Maintain Finance intranet folder with relevant information and monthly exchange rates timely.
  10. Manage and coordinate other ad-hoc administrative duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma/Degree in Secretarial / Business or similar with min 5 yrs of relevant secretarial experience, preferably from medical device/life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
