Job Responsibility
Assist with Corporate Compliance: Support the Company Secretary in managing statutory filings, maintaining company records, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Record-Keeping: Prepare, file, and update documents such as minutes of meetings, board resolutions, and other corporate records.
Meeting Coordination: Organize board and committee meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and circulate follow-up actions.
Communication Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to ensure smooth flow of information.
General Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field.

Skills & Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
