Job Description

How you will contribute

You will:

1. Replenish and deploy finished goods to minimum stock boundary for all DCs in specific SEA market.
2. Consolidate reporting product Supply for SEA Plant sourcing.
3. Monitor finished goods freshness through weekly reporting and tracking.
4. Review and calculate SKUs boundary norm using the COE boundary calculation template and update agreed SKUs boundary norms in SAP & APO.
5. Prepare weekly replenishment/deployment/DIFC report for all domestic and export DC and provide updates on finished goods with supply risk.
6. Organize and co-chair the weekly D & OP Meeting with PPIC manager/production planner.
7. Manage DCS orders and shipment as per the “Managing DCS Export Work Instruction”.
8. Create Stock Transfer Order weekly based on the production plan aligned during the weekly D&OP meeting. Confirm STR in APO and convert to STO for all destination locations.
9. Monitor daily/weekly production and volume compliance to identify supply risk from production compliance misses.
10. Represent SP in project meetings for related category and assist in ensuring production plans for NPD/promo are scheduled to prevent supply disruption during product launches.
11. Update the daily/weekly Out of Stock reasons.
12. Drive overall continuous improvement and productivity activities in the department.

1. Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably in food or other fast-moving, dynamic industries where shelf life is a constraint.
2. Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment.
3. Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on key priorities and improving the plan.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills – able to understand and interpret data.
5. Team player who can work with many other functions daily.
