A Scrum Master is a key role in Agile project management, responsible for facilitating and ensuring the proper implementation of Scrum, an Agile framework. The Scrum Master acts as a servant-leader for the Scrum team, helping the team collaborate effectively, stay aligned with Agile principles, and deliver high-quality work.

What You'll Do:
Facilitator and coach who helps the Scrum team and broader organization understand and apply Scrum theory and practice.
Facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Removing obstacles that may impede the team's progress.
Ensuring that the team follows Scrum practices and guidelines.
Expertise you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree, Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other fields.
Certified Agile Practitioner with a minimum of 7 years working experience in software development and minimum of 3 years in the Scrum Master role.
Good command of English in both oral and written communication.
Knowledge of technical skills is beneficial.
Experience as an Agile Coach and ability to handle multiple Scrum teams in parallel.
Accountability for sprint goals.
Embrace Agile Pillars and Scrum Values.
Strong process improvement background and ability to adapt, teach, mentor, and guide individual contributors.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and conflict management is a must.
Experience in other Agile methodologies, such as SAFe, Disciplined Agile, etc., will be an added advantage.
Well-versed in the usage of JIRA and Confluence for Agile Software Development.
