Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in driving Agile practices, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), expertise in Agile Project Management, and experience in vendor management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and SAFe practices, promoting alignment with organizational goals and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure dependencies are managed and roadblocks are removed.
• Drive Agile project management activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking using relevant tools and metrics.
• Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless collaboration, alignment on deliverables, and adherence to project deadlines.
• Lead the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams and workstreams within the organization.
• Monitor and report on team performance, project status, and risks, providing recommendations for resolution and improvement.
• Advocate for Agile principles and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Solid knowledge of Agile Project Management and the ability to manage complex, large-scale projects effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, including contract oversight and collaboration with external service providers.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to guide teams toward achieving high performance.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
