School Counsellor

Sri KDU National School Kota Damansara is looking to appoint an innovative and dynamic School Counsellor to join our talented, energetic and friendly team for May 2025, to inspire the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

• Possess at least a degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent
• Possess a relevant certification or licensure as a school counsellor
• Experience working in a school or educational environment.
• Data analysis skills, and the ability to use data to set targets and identify weaknesses
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate a vision and inspire others
• Ability to build effective working relationships
• Relevant certifications in school counselling or licensure as required by state/country.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong ethical grounding and commitment to confidentiality.
• English & Bahasa language fluency is essential and will be evaluated as part of the recruitment process
