Position: Shift SAP Work Order Processing Coordinator
Location: Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

Our mission is to ensure candidates are able to coordinate, organize, and analyze production daily activities with real-time, accurate, and detailed reports, especially in an SAP environment.
The Shift SAP Work Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating production, manufacturing, and supply chain management in an SAP environment from batch creation, conversion, completion, and data preparation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Collect output data from each workstation (L1 & L2) and insert SAP Work Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP processes during assigned shifts.
Ensuring production reporting and SAP transactions are on time, accurate, and consistent.
Assist day supervisors and process analysts on SAP traceability exercise of FG, related to mock recall, internal/external audits, and quality requirements.
Assist day supervisors and process analysts on weekly stock count, monthly cycle counts, and inventory checks reconciliation & accuracy in SAP for WIP & FG.
Coordinating with PPC team and day supervisors on SAP production order creation, conversion, and batch completion schedule.
Supervising and monitoring all production data entry into the SAP system on a real-time basis.
Ensuring SAP transactions are completed on time for month-end closing at every end of the month.
Work closely with Production planner to prioritize scheduled SAP production orders.
To tabulate, review, and analyze SAP data to ensure stock accuracy is met consistently.
Compile captured data into SAP tracking file for intra-departmental reference.
Generate technical data, information, and data analysis from SAP to Production Managers weekly/monthly and based on requests.
Train and assist production shift supervisors on SAP reporting on monitoring daily production progress data and reports.
Work with inter-department (WH, QC, QA, Planner), troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of SAP-related activities.
Undertake any other additional tasks or responsibilities as necessary.
You will be well suited for the role if you have: Mandatory Requirements:
At least a relevant degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Work experience in food manufacturing for 1-2 years’ experience within SAP PP/MM. Previous experience in SAP process analysis or a similar role is preferred.
English fluency, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements:
Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities, experience in SAP PRD interfaces, SAP PP/SAP MM modules, workflow, and standard SAP reports.
Knowledge of business processes related to production, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational skills with attention to detail and high-level accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
