We are seeking a driven and experienced SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team at Tune Protect Group Berhad. In this full-time position based in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, technical and functional expertise to support the implementation, maintenance and optimization of our SAP systems and solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. SAP Consultation & Strategy– Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, configurations, and process optimizations to align with business objectives.
2. Implementation & Support– Lead and support SAP implementation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
3. System Configuration– Configure and maintain SAP modules (e.g., SAP FS-PM, FS-CD, FI/CO) to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Business Process Optimization– Analyze existing workflows, identify improvement areas, and recommend SAP-driven solutions.
5. Training & Knowledge Sharing– Develop user guides and conduct training sessions to enhance SAP adoption across teams.
6. Troubleshooting & Support– Serve as the go-to expert for SAP-related issues, working closely with IT and business units to resolve challenges.
7. Documentation & Compliance– Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and technical workflows.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of SAP experience in configuration, implementation, and support.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP modules relevant to finance and operations (e.g., FS-PM, FS-CD, FI/CO).
4. Ability to analyze system gaps and recommend solutions for improved functionality.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
7. SAP certification is a plus.
