SAP Lead - Selangor, Malaysia - IBM

Responsible for SAP S/4Hana FICO module design and implementation, leading initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with finance and business teams to gather requirements and recommend SAP S/4Hana FICO solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of SAP S/4Hana FICO module
• Leading SAP S/4Hana FICO project initiatives, including planning, scoping, timeline management, and resource allocation
• Cross-functional team alignment on project goals and milestones
• Translation of business requirements into functional specifications and responsible for development and configuration
• Development of training materials and workshops for end-users
• Creation, maintenance, and update of process documentation, procedures, and technical configuration for SAP S/4Hana FICO
• Testing for S/4Hana FICO processes and issue troubleshooting
• Development and management of financial reports and dashboards in SAP

Minimum Qualifications:

• Implementation experience of S/4Hana required (2-3 Implementations)
• 10-12 years of experience in SAP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
