Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the implementation and maintenance of the SAP Financial and Controlling (FICO) module including integration with others module such as MM, SD etc.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, configuring the FICO module, and ensuring it meets business needs.
• Managing a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
• Developing project plans and schedules and monitoring project progress to ensure milestones are met. Streamline existing business processes – Work with users to identify areas of improvement, create functional and technical requirements for changes and provide relevant training.
• Maintains procedures and documentation for applications support and Manages application enhancements to improve business performance.
• Providing guidance and training to end-users on the use of the SAP FICO module.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SAP FICO module.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP FICO and related technologies.

Requirement

• At minimum 5 – 7 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, CO-PC, COPA – S/4HANA experience preferred), as well as participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations Familiar and Experience with SAP FI-CO Configuration with hands on config in GL, AP/AR, AA, CCA, OPA, PCA, PA and PC and debugging experience
• Understanding of Accounting Standards and Finance Process flows to collect the Business requirements Understanding of SAP FICO integration knowledge to other HCM, MM and SD modules
• Experience in integrating SAP with 3rd party applications such as Bank Statement etc.
• Has completed minimum 2– 3 full lifecycles for implementation projects
• Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions
• Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.
• Experience with all aspects of cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP system
