About the Job

The SAP Lead Analyst for the FICO module will be responsible for managing business requirements, translating them into SAP functionality, and driving process standardisation across the Finance module. This role involves leading key phases such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing, change management, and deployment. The analyst will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with regional solution standards. Additionally, they will guide users through UAT, support data migration activities, and provide post go-live support for a seamless transition to new systems.

About the Manager/Team

The team is a collaborative group of SAP professionals focused on delivering high-quality solutions for the Finance module. We work closely with internal and external teams to drive efficiency, ensure smooth implementations, and provide ongoing support throughout the project life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage business requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
2. Drive process standardization.
3. Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional standards.
5. Support change management and oversee data migration.

Qualifications

1. Preferably to have 5+ full SAP or equivalent ERP project lifecycle implementation.
2. Preferably certified in the SAP module of your expertise.
