SAP ABAP Senior Consultant / Consultant (Product Development)

As a part of the cbs technical team, we custom ERP developments, integration projects, and cloud apps for our global and internal customers. We create concepts, execute the implementation, and manage our projects. We are responsible for all phases of the software and project lifecycle based on our project methodology. To expand our local team in Kuala Lumpur, we are looking for SAP ABAP Senior Consultant / Consultant (ABAP Developer).

Position: SAP ABAP Senior Consultant/Consultant (ABAP Developer)

Modules: ABAP/ Product Development

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or any other science topic, preferably with a background in business / industry & commerce.
• At least 5 years (SAP ABAP Senior Consultant) / 3 years (SAP ABAP Consultant) as an SAP ABAP developer in customer projects or a similar environment.
• Knowledge in other programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS or in topics such as HANA, SAPUI5, XSLT, Java, etc.

Proficiency in any of the following technologies:

• SAP Technologies: SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, SAP Fiori, Fiori Elements, SAP UI5 Development.
• Programming Languages/Frameworks: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Angular.
• Development Tools: GitHub, Web IDE, or SAP Business Application Studio.
• Special matter expert knowledge in enhancing e.g. MDG Master Data Governance, GTS Global Trade Service, eWM (Warehouse Management), TM (Transport Management) desirable.
• Basic knowledge in using at least one SAP module in the areas of logistics or finance.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies beneficial.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Work independently and organize one’s tasks.
• Interest in projects using the newest technologies.
