SAP ABAP Developer (HRMS)

The Senior Technical Analyst role involves developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application systems within the HR Services team, focusing on both local and regional solutions. Description

• Develop and Support IT Solutions: Develop, implement, maintain, and support application systems within the HR Services team, ensuring they meet user and functional specifications.
• Manage IT Projects: Plan and manage IT project tasks and deliverable, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Resolve Application Issues: Investigate and resolve development and production application problems promptly and effectively, engaging with application vendors and infrastructure teams as needed.
• Ensure Compliance and User Satisfaction: Ensure all deliverable comply with IT standards, policies, and audit requirements, and maintain high user satisfaction through constant engagement and support.

Profile

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in delivering IT solutions, including application development, planning, testing, and integration.
• Someone with Strong SAP ABAP developing experience and end to end full cycle.
• Certifications and Competencies: Preferred knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and competencies in IT application architecture, design, development, and project management processes.
