The Role

Shift: 12hr, 24/7 including night shift for 4 days and 3 days off, Onsite
Location: Jalan Bangsar, KL

1. Work according to predefined ITIL processes especially Incident & Change Management
2. Planning and executing SAN-/Storage-related changes/tasks
3. Documentation of environment specific processes
4. Execute storage LUN Allocation, extensions & De-Allocation
5. Hitachi Management products including HiCommand Suite(HCS), OpsCenter, and Tuning Manager
6. Administration of storage replication
7. Performance analysis and troubleshooting using Tuning Manager
8. Process incident-tickets according to defined SLAs
9. Troubleshooting of issues related to SAN/storage
10. Communicate and work with L3 Operational team and Customer to address or resolve issues
11. Trigger required escalation following predefined escalation matrix
12. Support and assist with hardware enhancement / hardware maintenance work by following Incident/Change Management Process
