Your new role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:

1. Administer Salesforce Lightning instances, including onboarding new users and providing training
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and scope projects
3. Manage stakeholder relationships, requirements gathering, and business process development
4. Document business requirements, project scope, and user stories
5. Work across the entire project lifecycle, including creating test scripts and validating requirements
6. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on in-house products and services
7. Identify opportunities for system upgrades based on user feedback
8. Develop reports and dashboards to support company initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant
2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
3. Experience working in an Agile environment
4. Good communication and collaboration skills
5. Proficiency with Salesforce admin tools, data loader, change set migration, and flow-chart tools
6. Microsoft Office proficiency
7. Experience with relational databases and SQL is highly desirable
8. Salesforce certifications are a plus
9. Result-driven, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
