Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop standardized training modules, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer communication skills.
- Enhance the sales team’s overall capabilities through practical exercises, role-playing, and case studies.
- Analyze sales data to identify team weaknesses and design targeted training solutions.
- Lead the training team to achieve training objectives and regularly evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to provide timely training support and drive performance growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or MLM team management (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
- Proficient in modern training tools and methodologies, with strong course design and delivery capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of optimizing training outcomes through data analysis.
- Results-oriented, able to work under pressure and drive teams to achieve targets.
