Sales Technician Executive

EMU ENGINEERING SDN BHD – Kuching, Sarawak

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting technical features and benefits to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
• Offer technical support and guidance throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales service.
• Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to stay updated on product features and specifications.
• Assist in preparing technical documents, proposals, and bids.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.
• Conduct on-site installations, troubleshooting, and customer training as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or technical support, ideally within Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site support.
