Sales Team Leader

We are an international company seeking a motivated Sales Team Leader to build and lead our remote sales team. We are looking for someone with solid sales experience, a highly positive attitude, and a passion for motivating and providing tools to a team of Sales Managers to help them excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize remote sales processes to drive efficiency.
• Monitor and improve employee performance, providing motivation and support.
• Write detailed reports on the department’s performance metrics.
• Participate in the development and automation of sales processes.
• Create a knowledge base and organize training for both soft and hard skills.
• Support and onboard new employees to ensure their success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales.
• Experience managing a remote team of 10 or more people.
• Excellent negotiation and motivation skills.
• B1 English level or higher.

Experience:

• A strong record of sales leadership is required.
• At least three years of experience in sales is necessary.
