Job description

Facilitate account opening and fulfilment of required documentation within internal/external customers.

Description

  • Responsible for customers’ satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Facilitate corporate account online opening (OBCA).
  • Attend to all customer enquiries on banking products and service promptly.
  • Handle general incoming enquiries from internal/external customers.
  • Assist to send customer information questionnaire and prepare onboarding documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers.
  • Calling and tracking of save as draft / purge account opening applications.
  • Any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
