Facilitate account opening and fulfilment of required documentation within internal/external customers.
Description
- Responsible for customers’ satisfaction and service excellence.
- Facilitate corporate account online opening (OBCA).
- Attend to all customer enquiries on banking products and service promptly.
- Handle general incoming enquiries from internal/external customers.
- Assist to send customer information questionnaire and prepare onboarding documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers.
- Calling and tracking of save as draft / purge account opening applications.
- Any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
