Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist located in Simpang Ampat. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing analytical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales operations, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams on a day-to-day basis.

• Analytical Skills and Sales Operations experience
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service proficiency
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
