Sales Support & Marketing Executive (Based in Kapar, Klang)

About our Client:

We are representing our client, a leading supplier of materials for road construction, road-marking, and road traffic industries to recruit for Sales Support & Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team for customers' enquiries, orders, and payment collection.
• Assist in preparing marketing tools including brochures, catalogues, flyers, as well as online marketing materials.
• Prepare documentation such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders (DO) after receiving sales orders.
• Work closely with the sales team and support them to meet customers' requirements.
• Assist colleagues with stock take to ensure stock is controlled and reconciled with the data storage system.
• Conduct online marketing through different social media channels, including the company's website and Facebook.
• Responsible for content creation, which involves designing, editing, and writing for digital ads and other marketing collateral.
• Plan and execute marketing strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Compile new product information and update the company's product catalogue from time to time.
• Conduct market surveys for new potential products and markets.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.
• Assist superior or manager on sales matters when necessary.
• Perform administrative work and maintain proper filing.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any field of studies.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Must be willing to work extended hours during critical deadlines.
• Working hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.45pm).
