Job description

Preparing, developing and presenting technical presentations to explain company's products or services work to customer/client.

Work with the clients and among engineers to ensure the equipment and product meets the system and prospect customer/client requirements.

Assist in preparing setting-up mock up product to prospect customer/client.

Communicate with the engineering team, Technology Partner and principal to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.

Work with Technology Partner to build business case for large volume sales and understand the client's digitalisation strategy.

Work collaboratively with Technology Partner to secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery.

Willing to go through all company’s product movement.

Work closely with Technology Partner and Client to ensure installation project is delivered successfully.

Accurate daily reporting to Client and Technology Partner during installation campaigns.

Assist client who needs support with installed products and recommend improved or upgraded materials, machinery and equipment.

Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to prospect customers.

Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

Establish client rapport and acceptance.

Ad-Hoc

Attend training provided by company and/or principal.

Advance to Trainer level and Train existing company’s employee in regards with Inductosense equipment.

Conduct test pieces exercise as per standard operating procedures (SOP).

Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.

Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures.

Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.

To frequently update superior on task status through tele-communication platform.

To perform any task that might be assigned by superior from time to time.

Skills & Requirements

Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering field.

Have sound knowledge and experience on sales and marketing of engineering tools and equipment in oil and gas services.

Having minimum five (5) years of experience in oil and gas service provider with proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions, solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in oil and gas service provider.

Familiar or knowledge in basic NDT and UT practices.

Possessing UT certification or PCN Level II from recognized institute body will be an added advantage.

Professional communication skill in writing and verbal in English.

Able to arrange sole travel to meet prospective client/customer.

Sarawak origin is welcome to apply and being able to report duty with immediate effect will be an added advantage.
