Sales Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for product promotion, product training, and product development.
• Provide technical & sales support for indoor and outdoor sales.
• Conduct line inspection, plant audit, supervision, troubleshooting, reporting & solutions.
• Execute action plans and report outcomes.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve problems.
• Assist the division head as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years working experience in the related field is an advantage.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and possess a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel for site visits.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
