Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Executing orders and ensuring settlements in a timely manner for clients.
  • Monitoring clients' trading activities and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Providing systems and products training to clients.
  • Growing clientele and the business to meet set targets.
  • Providing trading support (local and foreign trades) and training to dealers.
  • Supporting the Retail Clients Solution Business.
  • Participating in system testing and any projects assigned by management.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the Sales Support segment.
  • Supporting other dealers in branches as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a CMSRL license and experience in equities trading for experienced applicants. Non-license holders are required to sit for the examination by SIDC (Module 6 & 7) to obtain the license (arrangements will be made by the Licensing department, MIBB).
  • A degree is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possessing technical and fundamental analysis skills is an added value.

  • Strong commitment to work and demonstrating good team spirit.
  • Self-initiative and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible and careful in task execution.
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay; other languages are an added value.
