Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle general office administration duties including filing, photocopying documents, data entry, and handling outgoing and incoming phone calls/emails;
  2. Ensure data and records are always up to date;
  3. Assist in day-to-day operations and admin functions as assigned;
  4. Manage ecommerce online store effectively;
  5. Perform Livestream online sales;
  6. Assist in ad-hoc job duties when needed.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a SPM or above;
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  3. Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin;
  4. Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn;
  5. Able to work under minimum supervision;
  6. Computer literacy and able to learn new technology quickly;
  7. Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail;
  8. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task;
  9. Only full-time position is available.

Location: Oakland, Seremban 2

Salary Expected: RM1,500 and above
Extra benefits: Commission from Livestream online sales performed.
