Handle general office administration duties including filing, photocopying documents, data entry, and handling outgoing and incoming phone calls/emails;
Ensure data and records are always up to date;
Assist in day-to-day operations and admin functions as assigned;
Manage ecommerce online store effectively;
Perform Livestream online sales;
Assist in ad-hoc job duties when needed.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a SPM or above;
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin;
Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn;
Able to work under minimum supervision;
Computer literacy and able to learn new technology quickly;
Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task;
