Sales Support Role
The Sales Support role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This position involves administrating sales processes, supporting sales representatives, and ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to sales representatives and handle correspondence.
Assist with team lead and promoter inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Handle attendance checking, resignation, and incentive/KPI tracking.
Maintain and update sales records, prepare reports, and manage relevant documentation.
Collaborate with different departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and process alignment.
To be successful in this role, you would need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum of 1 year in sales support or administrative role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
